All accounts are strictly 30 days EOM (End of Month) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of Bank of England base rate + 3% per annum, calculated daily.

Title of goods remains with *Direkt Hardware until full payment has been received. *Direkt Hardware reserves the right to recover any unpaid goods.

In the event of payment default, the customer agrees to pay all reasonable costs of recovery, including legal fees, debt collection charges, and administrative costs.

The applicant authorises *Direkt Hardware to conduct credit checks and obtain trade references to assess this application.

Disputes must be raised in writing within 7 days of the invoice date. Failure to do so will be considered acceptance of the invoice.

*Direkt Hardware reserves the right to vary or withdraw credit facilities at its discretion and without notice*.

The applicant agrees to notify *Direkt Hardware of any change in business structure, address, or contact details within 7 days.

Personal or director’s guarantees may be required to approve or maintain credit accounts.
